At Luminary Gem, we craft every piece hoping it becomes a lifelong treasure. But we understand—sometimes a piece might not fit, feel right, or match the memory you hoped to carry. If that happens, we’re here to make things right, kindly and clearly.
What Can Be Returned
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as your jewelry is:
- Unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documents
- Free of any damage, scratches, or signs of use
What We Can't Return
To protect the uniqueness and hygiene of personalized pieces, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or engraved jewelry
- Rings that have been resized
- Special-order designs created just for you
- Items marked “Final Sale”
These exceptions allow us to honor your personal choices while maintaining fairness to all our customers.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Get in Touch
Email us at support@luminarygem.com; or use the Returns Form on this page. Please share your order number and what didn't quite work for you.
2. Receive Instructions
We'll send you a Return Authorization Number and clear shipping guidelines. Please don't send anything before receiving this—we want to be sure everything is tracked and secure.
3. Ship Your Item
Pack everything securely in the original box, include all paperwork, and send it via an insured, trackable carrier (like FedEx, DHL, or UPS).
Refunds & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days. It will go back to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.

If Something's Wrong
If your item arrived damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a repair or replacement right away.
