How are lab-grown diamonds different from moissanite?

Moissanite is a diamond simulant with a different composition, while lab-grown diamonds are genuine diamonds with the same brilliance and hardness as mined ones.

What is a lab-grown diamond?

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created in a laboratory using advanced CVD or HPHT technology. They share the exact same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.

Can I choose diamond specifications?

Absolutely! You can select carat weight, cut, color, and clarity (the 4Cs) for your diamond, and pair it with your preferred jewelry design.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes, all our loose diamonds come with IGI or GIA certificates. Jewelry with center stones above 0.30ct is also certified.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer secure global shipping. Most orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx with insurance.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock jewelry and loose diamonds: 5 - 7 business days. Custom jewelry: 2 - 4 weeks plus shipping time.

What is your return policy?

Loose diamonds and non-custom jewelry can be returned within 30 days in original condition with certificates. Custom jewelry is non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty covering free cleaning, polishing, and prong tightening. Repairs for accidental damage are available at a reasonable cost.

Is shipping insured?

Yes, all orders are fully insured during transit for loss or damage.
